The most important value of the Group In-Nova lies in the persons. At present the Group In-Nova is composed by a team of highly qualified persons with an elevated degree of specialization. Given the diversity of projects and disciplines covered, the team counts with different profiles with experience in different fields or areas of knowledge.

Currently the core of the team of the Group In-Nova integrates more than 30 persons. About 90% has a university degree, mostly as engineers. More than 20% of the staff has absolved postgraduate studies, thus achieving specializations and recognition in different areas and industrial and technological sectors.

Given the strong relations to research Groups of Universities as well as of Research Centers, the Group In-Nova supports and fosters the generation of employment. It also creates indirect employments that besides adding major know how and capabilities to the Group give labor opportunities to more than a hundred persons.
